All our staff are encouraged to take professional qualifications, and that includes those working in our support functions, of Finance and Facilities, Human Resources, IT and Data services and Marketing and in our highly skilled and vital secretarial teams.

Once training we closely monitor your progress both at work and through our training provider to ensure that you develop to your full potential, and, to take a weight off your mind, we fund your training fees including tuition, exam and membership fees for your chosen professional institute, as well as funding your time off work to study. But in return we do expect a high level of commitment from our staff to not only undertake a demanding course of study, but also a full time job providing you with the experience to bring your studies to life.
